GCE and Orbis reserve the right to de-identify and aggregate information collected in connection with a Program and use it to maintain, support and evaluate the quality and efficacy of a Program, conduct educational research, develop new products and services, and for other purposes. Unless required to do so by law, GCE and Orbis will not attempt to re-identify such de-identified data.
GCE and Orbis employ appropriate and commercially reasonable data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information.
GCE and Orbis may use personal information in order to provide messages and information about eligible educational programs, products and services that may be available now or in the future from GCE, Orbis or a Partner.
